Hi, I’m Shiwank Gupta—an AI software developer, technologist, and curious tinkerer of systems both digital and human. With over a decade of experience in software engineering, I currently lead infrastructure and platform teams in big tech, where my mission is to turn complexity into clarity (and sometimes, into reliable distributed systems).

Born in India, now based in Amsterdam, I believe in living at the intersection of logic and creativity. Whether I’m building scalable backend systems, experimenting with generative AI, or leading teams toward elegant solutions, I bring a mindset that balances first-principles thinking with pragmatic execution.

I write here about engineering leadership, artificial intelligence, personal growth, and the occasional philosophical detour—because life’s too short not to mix code with a little chaos theory.
